Do you offer food and room service?
Yes! Our multi-cuisine restaurant serves Odia, Indian, Bengali, Tandoori, and Chinese. Room service is available till 10pm. No Chef and Steward on the night shift.
Do you help with Rath Yatra or festival bookings?
Absolutely! We accept advance bookings for Rath Yatra and other festivals. Our staff can also assist you with temple visit planning and crowd-free viewing tips.
Do you offer sea-facing rooms?
Yes! We have beautiful balcony-view rooms. Make sure to select or request a sea-view room while booking.
What is the cancellation and refund policy at Crystal BAY?
● Free cancellation up to 72 hours before to check-in time.
● 50% charge for cancellations within 24–48 hours of check-in.
● No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. (Less than 24 hours to Check-in Time).

● Valid Government ID proof required at the time of check-in. (DL / Voter Card / Aadhar Card / PP & Visa). For foreigner guest Passport and Visa is mandatory

We are conveniently located just less than 1 minute from Puri Sea Beach and about 10 minutes from the Shree Jagannath Temple — perfect for beach holidays and spiritual trips.

What are the timings for reservation?
Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 8 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM.
Is parking available at the hotel?
We currently do not have on-site parking facilities. There is a paid parking available around 750 Meters from our hotel.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
We’re sorry, pets are not allowed currently for hygiene and comfort reasons for all guests.
